aPix Builder (SDVN) là ứng dụng khách (client) tạo ảnh AI. Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn.

Dữ liệu ứng dụng xử lý

• Ảnh và prompt bạn nhập được gửi tới: (a) máy chủ ComfyUI do chính bạn cấu hình (địa chỉ bạn tự nhập trong Cài đặt), và/hoặc (b) RunningHub (dịch vụ AI bên thứ ba, runninghub.ai) khi bạn dùng chế độ RunningHub — theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của RunningHub, với mức bảo vệ dữ liệu người dùng tương đương chính sách này. Ứng dụng chỉ gửi dữ liệu khi bạn bấm Chạy, và hỏi ý kiến bạn (nêu rõ dữ liệu gì, gửi tới đâu) trước lần gửi đầu tiên tới RunningHub — không có dữ liệu nào được gửi trước khi bạn đồng ý.
• API key RunningHub do bạn tự nhập, được lưu mã hoá trên thiết bị (iOS: Keychain; Android: EncryptedSharedPreferences) và chỉ dùng để gọi API RunningHub. Bạn có thể xoá key bất kỳ lúc nào trong Cài đặt.
• Ảnh kết quả lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn (và vào thư viện ảnh nếu bạn bật tự lưu / bấm lưu).

Dữ liệu ảnh có khuôn mặt (face data)

Một số workflow cho phép chỉnh sửa ảnh chân dung (ví dụ: đổi phong cách, cosplay, nâng độ phân giải). Ứng dụng KHÔNG trích xuất, phân tích hay lưu trữ dữ liệu sinh trắc học khuôn mặt (không nhận diện khuôn mặt, không tạo face embedding/Face ID) — ảnh được xử lý như một tệp ảnh thông thường, không khác gì ảnh phong cảnh hay đồ vật.

• Ảnh (có thể chứa khuôn mặt) chỉ được gửi đi khi bạn bấm Chạy, tới đúng nơi bạn chọn: máy chủ ComfyUI do bạn tự cấu hình, hoặc RunningHub (bên thứ ba) nếu bạn chọn chế độ RunningHub.
• SDVN không nhận, không lưu trữ và không xử lý ảnh của bạn trên bất kỳ máy chủ nào của SDVN.
• Nếu gửi tới RunningHub: việc lưu trữ/xử lý tại đó tuân theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của RunningHub, không do SDVN kiểm soát hay có quyền truy cập.
• Ảnh đầu vào và ảnh kết quả chỉ lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn (và vào thư viện Ảnh nếu bạn bật tự lưu/bấm lưu) — không đồng bộ lên máy chủ nào của SDVN, không có thời hạn lưu trữ phía SDVN vì SDVN không giữ bản sao nào.

Ứng dụng KHÔNG:

• Không thu thập số liệu phân tích (analytics), không quảng cáo, không trình theo dõi.
• Không gửi bất kỳ dữ liệu nào về máy chủ của SDVN.
• Không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản.

Nội dung AI

Ảnh do AI tạo ra theo yêu cầu của bạn; bạn chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung mình tạo. Ứng dụng có nút Báo cáo nội dung để báo cáo nội dung vi phạm.

aPix Builder (SDVN) is an AI image generation client. We respect your privacy.

Data the app processes

• Images and prompts you enter are sent to: (a) the ComfyUI server you configure yourself (address entered in Settings), and/or (b) RunningHub (a third-party AI service, runninghub.ai) when you use RunningHub mode — under RunningHub's privacy policy, which provides equal protection for user data. The app only transmits data when you tap Run, and asks for your explicit consent (stating what data is sent and to whom) before the first transfer to RunningHub — no data is sent until you agree.
• Your RunningHub API key is entered by you and stored encrypted on device (iOS: Keychain; Android: EncryptedSharedPreferences), used solely to call the RunningHub API. You can delete it anytime in Settings.
• Generated images are stored locally on your device (and in your photo library if you enable auto-save or tap save).

Face / photo data

Some workflows let you edit portrait photos (e.g. style transfer, cosplay-style edits, upscaling). The app does NOT extract, analyze, or store any facial biometric data (no face recognition, no face embeddings/Face ID data) — photos are processed as ordinary image files, no differently from a landscape or object photo.

• Photos (which may contain faces) are only transmitted when you tap Run, and only to the destination you choose: the ComfyUI server you configure yourself, or RunningHub (a third party) if you select RunningHub mode.
• SDVN does not receive, store, or process your photos on any SDVN server.
• If sent to RunningHub: storage/processing there is governed by RunningHub's own privacy policy, not controlled by or accessible to SDVN.
• Input and output photos are stored only locally on your device (and in your Photos library if you enable auto-save or tap save) — never synced to any SDVN server, and SDVN has no retention period because SDVN keeps no copy at all.

The app does NOT:

• Collect analytics, show ads, or include any trackers.
• Send any data to SDVN servers.
• Require an account.

AI content

Images are generated by AI at your request; you are responsible for the content you create. The app includes a Report content button for violating content.
